Abstract

Today, as information is growing, learning from the past, and knowing the mistakes of success, it is essential to survive and improve the performance of organizations. Organizations have to learn from their own experience and other organizations, and thus streaming information about science, knowledge and experience among people is one of the key to the success of today's organizations. In many productions, managerial and technical-professional experience, which is sometimes passed through lessons learned from failure and success, from chest to generation, is faced with challenges in knowledge extraction. The challenge of oblivion and the lack of complete transfer of knowledge leads to the need to document the experiences of organizations. In general, by documenting experiences, it is possible to increase knowledge and organizational learning, and by applying business-related experiences, organizational performance will also increase. The purpose of this educational text is to introduce the concept of experience and the method of writing valuable lessons that are described in more detail step by step.
