In general, ecosystem changes take place; besides, with the fact that the world's largest energy consumption is in the building sector, the use of new technologies leads to increased efficiency and the prevention of energy losses. Therefore, the increasing attention to the use of these technologies and their effects on the reduction and optimization of energy consumption in buildings is required by chapter 19 of the national building regulations; in this regard, new research has introduced a new approach to buildings, which is described as " Green Buildings ". In simple terms, it refers to buildings whose energy consumption has been reduced by utilizing various technologies in comparison to conventional buildings and their primary energy source from renewable and clean sources of supply. In the present study, considering the importance of energy and environmental and ecological issues in growth and development, the study of green buildings and technologies that affect the reduction and management of energy consumption in these buildings are studied. It has been concluded that the use of these technologies, in the long run, is very affordable. It plays an important role in reducing and optimizing  energy consumption}, keywords = {Fossil Fuels,Green building,Ecosystem Changes,Renewable Energy,Reducing Energy Consumption}, title_fa = {بررسی و ارزیابی عملکرد ساختمان‌های سبز و نقش آن در مدیریت هوشمند مصرف انرژی}, abstract_fa = {امروزه افزایش روزافزون جمعیت شهرها و محدودیت‌های ناشی از مصرف سوخت‌های فسیلی و همچنین، مشکلات زیست‌محیطی، از‌قبیل گرمایش زمین و تغییرات آب‌و‌هوایی و تخریب لایه‌ی اوزون به‌علت استفاده از سیستم‌های گرمایش سنتی که به‌صورت مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم از سوخت‌های فسیلی استفاده می‌کنند، سبب پدیدآمدن مشکلات زیست‌محیطی گسترده و به‌طور کلی، تغییرات اکوسیستمی شده است؛ علاوه‌بر این، با‌توجه‌به این نکته که بیشترین میزان مصرف انرژی در جهان، در بخش ساختمان است، استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین، منجر به افزایش بازده و جلوگیری از هدررفت انرژی، به‌ویژه در بخش ساختمان می‌شود؛ ازاین‌رو، توجه هرچه بیشتر به استفاده از این تکنولوژی‌ها و تأثیرات آن‌ها در کاهش و بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی در ساختمان‌ها، با‌ توجه‌ به مبحث۱۹ مقررات ملی ساختمان الزامی است؛ در همین راستا پژوهش‌های جدید، رویکرد تازه‌ای را درباره‌ی ساختمان‌ها ارائه داده‌اند که باعنوان «ساختمان‌های سبز» شناخته می‌شود و در تعریفی ساده به ساختمان‌هایی اطلاق می‌شود که میزان مصرف انرژی در آن‌ها با بهره‌گیری از تکنولوژی‌های گوناگون درمقایسه‌با ساختمان‌های معمول، کاهش بسیاری یافته و انرژی اولیه‌ی آن‌ها نیز از منابع تجدیدپذیر و پاک تأمین می‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر، با‌توجه‌به اهمیت مباحث انرژی و محیطی و اکولوژیکی در رشد و توسعه، به بررسی ساختمان‌های سبز و تکنولوژی‌های مؤثر بر کاهش و مدیریت مصرف انرژی در این ساختمان‌ها پرداخته شده است و این نتیجه حاصل شد که استفاده از این تکنولوژی‌ها در بلندمدت بسیار مقرون‌به‌صرفه است و نقش مهمی در کاهش و بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی ایفا می‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {سوخت فسیلی,ساختمان سبز,تغییرات اکوسیستمی,انرژی تجدیدپذیر,کاهش مصرف}, url = {https://journal.shiraz.ir/article_80672.html}, eprint = {https://journal.shiraz.ir/article_80672_a27b6fe70fb4ff7e740125d57bdd741b.pdf} }
