The sample of the study was selected by 455 people (average age 48.1, height 1.66 m and weight 73.55 kg) from 2 stations in 9 regions of Shiraz municipality. Participants based on regular use (at least 2 months of regular activity of 3 sessions per week) and irregular (including those who have had irregular activity for at least 2 months or have a first and first session at these stations) divided into two groups Experimentally divided and the variables are compared. After assuring the normal distribution of data by Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, independent t-test was used to test the difference between the two groups of regular and irregularities and test hypotheses. The obtained data showed that 38% of the samples Women and 62% of them are men. In terms of education, 70% of the participants have a diploma and a diploma. Mostly free, retired and housewife participation is relatively equal to the job. 78% of participants are aged between 35 and 65 years old. Of the 50-65 year olds, 45% of the population is involved. About 30% of contributors had a disease, most of which included metabolic, cardiovascular and motor diseases. Most of the contributors have had a previous history of sport, but they are less active at the moment; on the other hand, the main target is health and well-being, followed by weight loss. Of the 16 selected fitness equipment, the participants used an average of 7.7 of them, which could be said to use about half of the equipment. Percentage of priority of the masking devices, front and rear stroke, single steering wheel, pendulum, hand and foot stroke, arm press, bench press, leveling, long seating, sailing, two-wheel steering wheel, high jump, massagers and paralel They used it. Based on the results of four subscales of general health questionnaire and Likert score, the mean score of contributing subjects was 10.9, 11.4, 15.7, and 8.3, respectively, in assessing physical health, anxiety and insomnia, social functioning and depression. The results of ANOVA analysis of independent t-test showed a significant difference in BMI, fat percentage, maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max), physical health, anxiety and insomnia and depression between the two groups of regular activity and irregular activity ( (P <0.05); while there was no significant difference in mean of weight, waist to hip ratio (WHR), systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and social function score between two groups (P <0.05). A general look at the results of the research can be argued that the participation in long-term health care stations can improve the health of  individuals.}, keywords = {health centers,Shiraz Municipality, physical activity,Maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max),Physical composition, cardiovascular risk factors}, title_fa = {بررسی میزان اثربخشی ایستگاه‌های تندرستی شهرداری شیراز در شهروندان مشارکت کننده}, abstract_fa = {هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی میزان اثربخشی ایستگاههای تندرستی شهرداری شهر شیراز در شهروندان مشارکت کننده بود.
