Urban density, slum dwelling, migration, small city shrinkage, village evacuation, environmental degradation, pollution, etc. all come from ignoring sustainable urban development. To realize sustainable urban development, it is required to pave the way to both address the current economic, cultural, social, structural, managerial, environmental needs of human community and provide the next generation the opportunity to address their needs. Sustainable urban development requires urban management to make policy and administer urban integrated programs. Thus, some integrated urban management policies and programs should be developed for different areas such as infrastructure, energy, communication, transportation, economy, environment, and education to move consistently towards sustainable urban development. As the results, further expansion of municipality’s scope of power and responsibilities is inevitable. Reviewing the municipal law and developing a new municipal law system covering the current and future urban challenges and citizens’ needs are necessary. Expanding the scope of power and responsibilities of the municipality will, on one hand, foster the urban management, and on the other hand realize the administrative decentralization strategy of the central government.

Philosophical mentality is a kind of intellectual phenomenon that improves the decision making of managers and gives people knowledge and insight that can solve them correctly in dealing with issues. A person with a philosophical mind shows characteristics that may be grouped in three dimensions, namely, comprehensiveness, meditations, and flexibility. This research is intended to inform managers of the specific role and role of philosophical mentality in problem solving. To this end, 66 managers of Shiraz municipality were selected as the statistical population of this study. Measurement tools consist of two philosophical subjective questionnaires and a decision maker style questionnaire based on the Likert spectrum. To analyze the research data and decide on the rejection or confirmation of hypotheses, using Pearson correlation coefficient and predicting the effect of each dimension of the philosophical mindset of managers on decision making of managers, a multivariate regression has been used. The findings of this study showed that the three dimensions of mental philosophy, namely, comprehensiveness of thinking and flexibility, have a positive and significant effect on managers 'decision making. Therefore, it can be expected that managers' decision makers will improve with the philosophical mindset. Also, the comprehensiveness of the philosophical subjectivity is the most and the philosophical subjectivity of the least influences on the decision making of Shiraz municipality managers.

Stress or neuropathy is one of the most pressing issues in today's organizations, which put physical and mental health at the workforce at high cost to organizations, and the nervous pressure in our mechanism analyzes and eliminates the effects of a pest. A group of scholars of organizational behavior have identified work-related stress as the most common century of the disease. Perhaps, indeed, our era is an age of stress in which man is more than ever exposed to stressors and has many problems from everywhere, Surrounded by. Given the need to address this issue, we have tried to address the phenomenon of occupational stress and its impact on staffs' capabilities and abilities. For this purpose, job stress is dependent on independent variable and self-efficacy. The results confirm that the higher the stress levels in staffs, the lower the level of empowerment in them. For this purpose, job stress is dependent on independent variable and self-efficacy.

This research has studied the influence of employment status on service-oriented organization behavior by using stagnation intermediate variables and job insecurity in Shiraz municipality.It’s practical as the goal and survey as the method. The population of statistical society of employee research is more than 10,000. According to the extensive volume of statistical society. 382 employees of statistical society were considered as the samples. Collection method of central data was a questionnaire. Main variables of the research are employment, status, job stagnation, job insecurity and service-oriented organization behavior. Before the performance, the validity and stability of the questionnaire were checked and the credit was confirmed and then raw data was obtained by the questionnaire that was distributed randomly. Among the employees has the composed, analyzed and processed by using appropriate statistical technique and smart PLS software. The results represent that employment status due to the stagnation and job insecurity influence the service. Oriented organization citizenship behavior.so, using these results municipality managers can proceed in order to properly plan and manage human capital.Keywords: employment status, service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviour, job insecurity, internal mobility opportunity, shiraz manicipality

Public spaces are the most important parts of the city, one of which is the pedestrian area. The pedestrian is the place of manifestation of the civil life of the city and the place of occurrence of events and social activities of citizens in urban life. Hence, identifying the factors affecting the pedestrian space and the proper design and extension of them will make life richer and social interactions. One of the factors that can increase the level of interactions is the pedestrian movement in urban space. The present research introduces social interactions as a point of sharing urban design and is attempted with a qualitative approach (phenomenology) and a method of library studies and a case study of the pathway of haphaziyeh and its analysis based on indicators that are based on theoretical foundations We have gotten ، tries to get the factors influencing this space with the approach of social interactions.

Moisture reduces adhesion between aggregates and asphalt pavement layers, which ultimately affects the structural strength of the asphalt. The subject of this study is to investigate the effects of zycotherm on moisture sensitivity and materials used in semi-warm asphalt. The study included laboratory studies in four formats, including Indirect Tensile Modulus Experiment (IDT), moisture sensitivity testing, modified Lathman test and Texas boiling water test, and the results were announced. Zycotherm as a nanochemical additive has two anti-scaling pivotal roles and also one of the semi-heated asphalt production additives. To better understand the phenomenon of nibbling due to the weakness of adhesion, several mechanisms have been used to explain the adhesion between the asphalt mixture components. The effect of combining these additives with asphalt lining not only reduces the mixing temperature but also increases its resistance to moisture damage.Finally, the examination of the results of the experiments and the processing of image of boiling water test images on the other hand, shows the performance of the zygote as an additive of the semi-heated asphalt on both calcareous and silica materials, and on the other hand, indicates a significant increase in moisture resistance in silica aggregates Is
